ESTimator
Responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for projects to ensure competitive and profitable bids. This role involves reviewing plans and specifications, analyzing project requirements, obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and developing comprehensive cost breakdowns. The Estimator collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and potential risks are identified.
